- Metro cities typically receive deliveries faster than remote areas.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

SHIPPING on all orders - We believe in providing value to our customers by offering complimentary shipping across all our delivery options for order value of Rs. 1000/- and above.

Delivery Process
Standard Delivery Procedure

- Complete address with landmark
- Valid pin code
- Working contact number
- Recipient name matching order details
Damaged or Missing Packages
Immediate Action Required
- Report damaged/missing packages within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and photographic evidence
- Contact customer support immediately
Resolution Process
- Investigation initiated within 24 hours on business days & 48 hours on holidays
- Replacement or refund processed based on investigation
- Resolution provided within 5-7 business days
Address & Phone Number Change Policy
Before Dispatch
- Address & Phone Number changes accepted up to 24 hours after order placement
- Contact customer support with order details
- No additional charges for address modification
After Dispatch
- Address changes not possible once dispatched
- Package return and re-shipment charges applicable
- New shipping timeline starts from re-dispatch
Undelivered Packages
Reasons for non-delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address or incorrect number
- No response from Customer is contacted by delivery partner
- Recipient unavailable during delivery attempts
- Customer refusal to accept package
- Area not serviceable by courier partner

- Government restrictions and lockdowns
- Transportation strikes and service disruptions
